14 Day Return Policy

1- Have you changed your mind? This is quite good. You can return your purchases within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2- If you received damaged / defective / wrong products, please contact customer service for help as soon as possible at 44415811 or contact us in the application, website, or instant chat.

3- Amending one piece with another one only.

4- Products that are returned must be unused with the original package, and we do not accept the return of a used product or a product that has been damaged or washed.

5- Products that contain the signs "non-returnable", "surprise sales and offers" and "promotional product cannot be returned" as well as free gifts, cannot be returned or exchanged.
